At NoraCamera, we want every customer to feel confident about their investment in photography equipment. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Return Window
30-Day Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items
Our Responsibility: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping is free of charge.
Coverage: NoraCamera will cover all associated return costs in these cases.
Change of Mind
Customer Responsibility: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or choosing the wrong model:
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
3. How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact Us: Email support@noracamera.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Authorization: Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization email with the official return address and instructions.
Step 3: Secure Packaging: Securely package the item in its original box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Step 4: Ship the Return
Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email. You may use the recommended carrier or your preferred shipping service.
4. Return Address & Authorization
Authorized Returns Only: To ensure accurate processing, all returns must be authorized before being sent back.
Address Privacy: We do not display a public return address. Once your return request is approved, the official return address and instructions will be provided via email.
Do not send items back without receiving return confirmation and authorization instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization or to an unapproved address may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender, and refunds may not be processed.
5. Refunds
Inspection: Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets eligibility requirements.
Timeline: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 7 business days.
Processing: Please note that PayPal or your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Warranty & Manufacturing Defects
Coverage: All products are covered against manufacturing defects.
Evidence: For warranty claims, please provide proof of purchase and supporting images or videos.
